Episode 35 - Siré Kaba (Designer of Erratum-Fashion) - "Resilience"

Dear Tribe,

In this final episode #35, which closes season 2 of the podcast, I invite you to meet Siré Kaba, creator of the Erratum-Fashion brand.

Communication officer at the CPAS of Molenbeek, mother of 2 daughters ... it is during a trip to Senegal that this Belgian of Guinean origin reconnects with herself, overwhelmed by the creativity of the continent and especially by the fabrics she rediscovers and buys a lot before returning.

A few months later, she decided to launch her brand Erratum-Fashion (alongside an already busy life) as if to create a bridge between the two cultures that now live within her. The Erratum project is above all her will to assert  - for her daughter & for all those who will recognize themselves through her story - a place in the Belgian fashion landscape, the place of its diversity, of its cultural richness.

A conversation from which one can only grow and a journey that forces admiration. Siré is a sunny and determined woman. This big-hearted entrepreneur offers us a beautiful life lesson by explaining how resilience with audacity was the key to her success. A two weeks ago, she was elected best Belgian talent of the year 2021 in the Fashion category of the contest organised by Rtbf (the Belgian TV show) & Paris-Match. A consecration for her, a hope for a whole generation. A beautiful episode that closes a great season.

So I'll leave you to our conversation.

Enjoy your listening.
