Episode 41 - Anaïs Gaudemer (Founder of Cokoa) - "Being passionate and resilient"

Dear Tribe

This week, I invite you to visit Cokoa, the most prominent floral
floral pastry workshop in Brussels, to meet Anaïs Gaudemer, its founder.
its founder.

I met Anaïs 6 months ago at the Bold Awards evening organised by Veuve Cliquot which rewarded the Belgian women entrepreneurs of the year 2020.

Anaïs, like me, was among the guests. However, after a few words exchanged with her, I told myself that she would win the next edition and above all that it was absolutely necessary for us to be in good company on the essential.

Her story is that of a conversion, which is not really a conversion. A landscape architect with a passion for pastries since she was a child, she ended up working for a large architectural firm after four years.

Nothing is lost, everything is transformed, she creates a pastry that resembles her, colourful, bold & creative, mixing floral art and sweets executed to perfection by launching Cokoa. During the confinement Cokoa explodes and she sets out to launch a second project in parallel - https://www.cokoa.be/masterclass - to transmit her knowledge and invite the world into her universe.

Anaïs is driven by the sacred fire. Here is an episode that I am sure will inspire you.

Enjoy your listening,
